Jamoons Digital Private Limited (“Jamoons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website jamoons.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors and clients, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you.

For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we act as a Data Fiduciary in relation to personal data collected through this Site. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), where it applies, we act as a Data Controller.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Information you give us directly. When you fill in our contact form, enquire about our services, apply for a role, or otherwise correspond with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. We do not knowingly transfer client project data (i.e., data belonging to our clients’ own end users, handled under separate client agreements) for our own marketing purposes without permission.

Jamoons is based in India, and the tools and service providers we use to run this Site (such as hosting and analytics providers) may store or process data outside India, including in jurisdictions such as the United States or the European Union.

If GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
